Be warned: this is not a soccer game, but a puzzle one: you have to clear all the colored soccer balls placed on the board on each level. Hitting the balls makes one of the two flying off the board; hit them all until there is only one.

Clearing the board requires strategy: the balls can only move horizontally or vertically on the board and you might remain with no moves left and still a lot of balls on the board. The handy undo option will help you backtrack your moves though, making most boards not frustrating.

Bump out has 150 Levels with a level-by-level mode and a timed mode; the boards are interesting and should keep you intrigued for a while. Graphics are basic (especially on menus) but do the job.

The circus is on and the clowns and are making their dive-in-a-barrelnumber, but… there are chains holding them and trampolines, traps, man-cannons and all sorts of obstacles.

Cut the clowns chains with the right timing and get them to the right barrel. Green clowns go in the green barrel, blu clowns in the blu ones and so on… you get the idea.

If you don’t want to spend the $1 right away, you can try Clown College as a warmup. It’s free and it gives you the first 15 levels for free. But, trust us, you will want to pay the $ 1 for the extra levels right away.

Clowning Around is just a gorgeous game, already a success on iPhone and Android is now delighting your Windows Phone.

The graphics are top notch, but the music jingle is really annoying: do your ears a favro and turn it off, it will ruin your experience.

Ace Viral got the inspiration from Cut the Rope, true, but mixed in multiple elements that will make it as fun and even more challenging.

Crazy Casino is a simple casino game with Slots and Video Poker.

The gameplay is simple but entertaining just right: the chances of winning are high enough to keep you going and low enough not to get dull.

As you play, you earn tokens to unlock more slots and different poker game types. There is not too much brain to apply here, though: spin the wheel or hold the higher cards and tap again.

Graphics are super-solid (as usual), but sound could be better.

Crazy Casino is cute and fun game, but does not have a lasting appeal due to the limited modes available and its simplicity.

The author is synonym with solid games on Windows Phone 7, and the game is free, so you should definitely give it a tap.

Waves of enemies of different shapes and colors come down the screen while you defend the bottom with your lonely gun, which fires shots in every direction you can tap.

You have a selection of different gun types: from the basic pistol to lasers, mines, spread guns, freeze and missile). Guns level up the more you use them, and you can equip multiple ones for specific battles, switching among them as you go – in our gameplay sometimes the guns got activated without control, though, which was somewhat annoying in the harder levels.

Gameplay is hectic and exciting; multiple waves of enemies come down really fast, forcing you to multi-tap and to make quick decisions on which enemy to take on first as well as which weapons to use.

Both game art and music are great, especially the gameplay music, which will ring in your head for quite a while after playing; social gaming features such as leaderboards complete a very solid package which gave us quite some fun.

The developer, StackPop Studios, offers Chromatic in a free version as well as an ads-free paid one, and we recommend you to give it a whirl – check the gameplay video below!

So it comes down to timing: you play against the clock trying to untangle birds faster than they tangle up. A game can be very long if you are fast enough – leaderboards show games with several hundred birds freed which require quite some time – and at the same time challenging and fun!

Game Art is good but not great with mixed colors (especially on the menus) and music is anywhere between funny and annoying (it can be either one, based on your taste and mood).

The physics engine is good, the game is fun and the level progression pretty adequate: first ones go in a breeze, but the last few require thinking with trial and error attempts. Right now there are 25 available levels plus an additional pack which is “coming soon”.

Monster Stack is the fourth game of the series for Health Pack Games, what is striking is that this game is free, but it has all what’s needed to be an awesome paid game! Art design is beautiful, gameplay is enticing and music is entertaining!

But wait… there’s more! There is a level editor to create your own levels! And social game features such as achievements (scoreboards are coming soon…).

Orientile is a puzzle game: you connect the dots with lines on a board, when you close a two by one square you can claim the enclosed empty tiles and play again. The player that controls the most squares at the end of the game wins.

The authors of Quadrata and Triangula created another beautiful game with Orientile: the art and design is just great, we loved the quality and overall care and production level that this game shows: the menus, the board, the characters the sound effects, all is made with great style.

The best part is that the game is also fun. The single player is challenging, the opponents are smart and have different style of play, but all are tough to beat and require focus and plan-ahead attitude. The local multiplayer is possibly the best part of this game: allowing two friends (or parent and child) to spend some good time playing together in a sophisticated version of tic tac toe, if you will.

Orientile is free and should not be missed in your tap-library – check it out.

Well, this is deserved: the debut app for Paul Hoenecke is a great mix of vertical shooter and comics fun. Your ship’s captain interacts with his robot, second in command and arch-enemy at the beginning of each stage. These are off beat conversation, as well as fun ways to introduce game controls, settings and story.

Gameplay is basic but fun: hold your finger on the ship and it will start shooting. Swipe left and right to avoid enemies’ bullets while you take them down, until you get to the stage boss for the level final battle. Graphics and animations are very good: smooth and stylish and help raising the quality of the app overall.

Achievements and leaderboard services are provided by Mogade.com, a new service available for Windows Phone developers, currently in beta.

Danger Wing is a good shooter game with solid gameplay, graphics, sounds and fun dialogue between characters. If you ever liked any vertical shooter you should not miss it – hey, it’s free! Click on the icon below to download it on your Windows Phone 7.

Sonic 4 is one of the best sequels of the original Sonic the Hedgehog that we played back in 1991. Forget about the 3D, this is pure Sonic gameplay in 2D at its core, oh and yeah, it’s gooood!

Sonic runs, try to catch rings as fast as possible, and get to the end of the level in the shortest time possible and wit the maximum amount of rings.

Easy enough? Yeah. Fun? Yeah. Dejavu? Who cares as long as it’s fun!

After many mistakes and mis-steps, Sega returns to the original 2D scrolling and copies a lot from the original game. Indeed this is almost a remake: graphic and sound are from the original game, but with some twist like special tilt controlled stages.

Like in iOS there are virtual joystick controls (default and preferred) as well as tilt controls – that are an interesting new approach to the game, but will have you tilt your head for the entire level (which is no fun for your neck after a while).

The only complaint that we have is the price, 7 bucks seems overpriced, it’s almost the price of the console game, and then on the iOS is only $ 5, that is more the price point for this game, ioho.

Anyways, hit the road with the blue hedgehog and try the game with the Free Trial, you will be able to decide whether to buy or not (we are on the fence and give 4 stars because of the price). Do you think the game is worth $ 7?
